Aerial Hoop Workshop – Spinning and Sequencing

Na tomto workshopu na kruhu se budeme soustředit na točení a sekvenčnost pohybu při točení. Podíváme se spolu na různé nuance ale i spletitosti tohto krásneho náčiní, počínaje prací s jeho tvarem, těžištěm a osou, základními principy správneho točení, a způsobu, jak se tělo v kruhu chová, jak dýcha, jaký vztah s ním tvoří. Povíme si o tom, jak udržet dobrou rotaci v příběhu naší sestavy, resp. momentum, a jak tvořit sekvence tak, aby rotaci nebrzdily, ale naopak, podporovaly a působily přirozeně. Budeme se věnovat rozvíjení vědomí svého těla v pohybu na kruhu, tvarem a gestem, které vyjadřuje, a dotkneme se téma spirál.

Prerekvizity: dobré zvládnutí základních prvků na kruhu, straddle-up (inversion), back balance, zvládání základní jemné rotace.
